They go out of their way to make sure that we can meet our printing deadlines and even helped make sure that our computer interface to their equipment also works properly when we upgraded our computer. The engineers are good at explaining what they have done and are friendly and considerate when they are here in the office. When we had problems with poor quality paper delivered by our paper supplier they even helped us in dealing with the supply company. Having said all of that, we don’t have problems with the equipment very often – the servicing and support contract we have keeps us up and running really well. God bless.
